Hiring across borders should not require armies of consultants and patchworks of spreadsheets. Payrovia exists so that any company — from a 10-person startup to a 10,000-person enterprise — can employ people anywhere we operate, and have payroll, tax, leave, and compliance handled natively in that country, with the same product experience worldwide.

We'd rather support 15 countries genuinely than 150 superficially. Each country gets a dedicated engine, owned by an engineer who understands its tax code.

Payrovia started where most payroll problems start: a team running operations across multiple countries, with a different vendor — and a different spreadsheet — in each one. The errors, the late filings, the awkward retroactive corrections were not edge cases. They were the norm.

A monorepo of country-native services, sharing a common contract, exposed through a single GraphQL gateway and a unified web app. Effective-dated statutory registries underneath everything. Strategy-pattern calculations so we can extend to new countries without rewriting the core. The same architecture top global platforms use — opened up for every business.
Today, Payrovia runs payroll, time, leave, EOR, and HR across 15 countries on four continents. And we're just getting started.
