How implementation works

Make the first live payroll an agreed decision.

Start with the country and workflow, reconcile the inputs and compare the result. Each checkpoint should have a named owner and clear acceptance criteria.

The checkpoints

From scope to a controlled first cycle.

01 / PREPARE

Agree the operating scope

Confirm countries, entities, worker types, pay frequencies, required outputs and the roles of your team and any service providers.

02 / REVIEW

Prepare and reconcile data

Use an approved secure channel for employee records and opening balances. Resolve missing fields and reconcile totals with the source owner.

03 / APPROVE

Run the comparison

Compare a representative payroll period, investigate differences and test an exception as well as the normal cycle.

04 / RECONCILE

Approve go-live and support

Confirm output handoffs, access, support contacts and the first-cycle close checklist before authorising live processing.

Acceptance

Decide what a successful comparison must show.

01

People and period totals

Agree the worker population, opening balances and period inputs. Explain any employee or total that differs from the source.

02

Corrections and approvals

Test a late change and a rejected input. Show who can correct it, who approves the revision and how the final version is identified.

03

Outputs and results

Check the exact payslip, bank and filing outputs in scope. Define the evidence used to confirm success or investigate rejection.

Planning your rollout

What determines the implementation plan?

How long will implementation take?

The plan depends on data quality, countries, worker types, output channels and the comparison work required. A timeline should be agreed after those dependencies are understood.

What should we prepare first?

An overview of countries and entities, approximate headcount, pay frequencies, current tools, operational owners and the problems you want to resolve. Detailed payroll data comes later through a secure channel.

Who decides that we are ready to go live?

Your rollout plan names the accountable approvers and the evidence they need. Completing setup alone should not substitute for accepted comparisons and confirmed operating responsibilities.

you need to simplify.

Bring your countries, approximate headcount and the handoffs that slow your team down. We will start with fit, scope and a relevant walkthrough.

Book a product walkthrough ↗ Business details only. Please do not share employee, salary, bank or tax data.
Does a bank file mean salaries are paid?

No. Preparing a file, submitting it to a bank and confirming the result are separate steps. Your agreed payment channel determines who owns each one.

Is every country available?

Availability is confirmed for your country, worker types, pay cycle and output channels before implementation. A country page is an invitation to discuss scope.

Can we start with one country?

Yes, a focused first-country discussion lets us check the workflow and responsibilities before considering a broader rollout.
