Honesty wins. Pick Deel or Remote if you need 50+ EOR countries today and don't have deep statutory exposure in any one. Pick Rippling if your stack is US-anchored and you want one vendor for payroll, IT and finance. Pick ADP Global if you're a multinational with existing ADP relationships and SAP/Oracle integration is the #1 requirement.
