Payroll

Run payroll with the detail behind every payment.

Bring employee pay, approved time, leave and deductions into a payroll process your team can review. Manage regular and off-cycle runs, salary changes and final pay, with approvals, payslips and the detail behind each amount.

Payroll capabilities

Handle the pay situations your business encounters.

01

Pay groups and calendars

Set pay frequencies, payroll calendars and employee populations. Maintain earnings, deductions and opening balances so the run reflects how your company pays its people.

02

Salary and variable earnings

Calculate basic pay, allowances, bonuses and commissions. Apply salary proration and approved overtime or holiday treatments using the relevant employee and country settings.

03

Deductions and employer costs

Bring benefit deductions, loan repayments and supported statutory contributions into the calculation. Review employee deductions alongside the employer's costs for the period.

04

Changes and final pay

Process salary revisions, retroactive adjustments and off-cycle payments. Prepare final pay using applicable separation items, leave conversion and employee obligations.

05

Payslips and employee access

Preview and publish itemized payslips. Employees can view payroll history and download their payslips through self-service, including supported mobile access.

06

Accounting and reconciliation

Map payroll amounts to accounts, export journals and compare payroll with accounting totals. Track payment outcomes and investigate differences at employee level.

Run review

Make the payroll decision with the information in view.

01 / PREPARE

Prepare and calculate

Check employee readiness, choose the population and preview the calculation. Identify missing information or individual errors before you ask anyone to approve the run.

02 / REVIEW

Review and approve

Compare totals and pay changes with the previous period. Inspect employee records, explain unusual amounts and collect the required approval before finalization.

03 / APPROVE

Close and follow through

Finalize and lock approved results. Prepare payment and statutory outputs for the country's available processes, then retain the run history for finance and payroll review.

Business control

Connect payroll operations with finance and employees.

01

Payroll teams

Work through calculation results, exceptions and changes in one run. Keep the supporting time, leave and employee information close to the amount being reviewed.

02

Finance leaders

Review payroll costs by company, country or cost center. Use consolidated reporting, variance review and journal exports to support period close and planning.

03

Employees

Access published payslips and payroll history. Ask questions through employee services so the team can follow the request with the relevant employee information.

Before you decide

Bring a representative cycle, without personal data.

Can one workflow cover every country?

The review approach can be shared, but the calculation, worker classes, outputs and operating responsibilities must be confirmed country by country. Start with the availability directory.

Does a generated bank file mean employees have been paid?

No. A prepared file still needs funding, authorised submission and bank processing. Payment confirmation and reconciliation are separate steps.

What should we bring to a walkthrough?

Your countries, approximate headcount, pay frequencies and an outline of a normal cycle plus one difficult exception. Do not send employee, salary, bank or tax data through the request form.

Show us the work
you want to improve.

Tell us where the work gets difficult. We'll tailor a walkthrough to your people, countries and priorities.

Book a demo ↗ Business details only. Please do not share employee, salary, bank or tax data.
Can we start with HR?

Yes. Tell us which records, hiring, development or employee-service workflows you need. Your proposal confirms the features, implementation work and country scope included.

Is every country available?

Availability is confirmed for your country, worker types, pay cycle and output channels before implementation. A country page is an invitation to discuss scope.

Is Payrovia suitable for one company?

Yes. One employee record can support a single company in one country or a group operating across countries. The setup reflects your structure, access requirements and local workflows.
